Fernando Montenegro – CFO & Legal Affairs

Co-founder and financial director, responsible for corporate finance, strategic planning, and international relations. In addition, he supervises the legal and regulatory compliance of the company, ensuring that all operations, certifications, and contracts meet the highest standards in Portugal and abroad. His role combines financial management with legal oversight, reinforcing the trust and transparency of Argo Baum’s partnerships worldwide.
